Hi,
 it is already over 35C here today 9:30Am so my typing will be brief.
[1] Yes essentially D76/ID11 are the same.I see no differences
[2] Phil has provided a wonderfully accurate set of reciprocity tables for the expodev when you export a file from winplotter.
[3] A good question -- I use 5x4 so cannot advise you about 10x8.
[4] set your meter at 100 iso.
