You can remove the current films by using the ExpoDev Manager program on you PC. You just delete the films from there, hotsync, and the films will be removed from the Palm. Whatever films ExpoDev Manager shows are the ones that will be available in the Palm.
As far as limits, you are limited only by the memory that the Palm has. I have loaded up dozens of films without a problem before.
